Where is my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Email us at support@gemletics.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a personalized item has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

How long do custom orders take?

Personalized items require 1–3 business days for production before shipping.

Can I modify an order once I’ve placed it?
