Q: Damaged package or product?
All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If your product arrives damaged, please contact support@gemletics.com with clear photos or videos, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Q: When will I receive my refund for a return if my product is damaged?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), once approved. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
