Q: Which countries do you ship to?

Q: Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its journey.

Q: Can I modify an order once I’ve placed it?

Please email support@gemletics.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that once a custom or personalized order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you don’t love your item, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Please check our Return Policy.

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Q: How long do custom orders take to process?

Custom and personalized items require 1–3 business days for production before shipping. Once completed, your order will be dispatched according to our standard shipping timelines.

Q: Damaged package or product?

All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If your product arrives damaged, please contact support@gemletics.com with clear photos or videos, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Q: When will I receive my refund for a return if my product is damaged?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), once approved. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Q. Will I be charged customs?

Orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

All Gemletics orders are packaged with care and attention to detail. At this time, we do not offer personalized gift notes, but our unboxing experience is designed to feel special – whether for you or someone else.
