Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Gemletics is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Gemletics is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused during transit.
All domestic (U.S.) and international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes in accordance with the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Taxes and duties are non-refundable in the event of a return.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address details, or failure to collect the package, no refund will be issued.
