We offer domestic (U.S.) and international shipping to a curated selection of destinations.

U.S. Shipping

Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of the estimated dispatch date listed on the product page. Standard shipping is free on all orders over $175. For orders under $175, the shipping rate is provided at checkout before you pay. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout in accordance with state regulations.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries, including:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are calculated and included at checkout, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Processing Time

All collections are released through limited-time preorder drops. This approach allows us to minimize waste, maintain the highest quality standards, and produce only what has been ordered.

Estimated dispatch dates are always listed on the product page. While we aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional manufacturing or shipping delays may occur. Should this happen, customers will be notified promptly with an updated dispatch estimate. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

Delivery & Tracking

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout for reference. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping, while international orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after shipping.

If Something Goes Wrong

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation, or arrives damaged, email hello@gemletics.com with your order number and we will make it right.
