We offer domestic (U.S.) and international shipping to a curated selection of destinations.

U.S. Shipping

For all other orders, shipping options are provided at checkout. Complimentary shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $100.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout in accordance with state regulations.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries, including:

United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czechia, Monaco, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included and are collected by local authorities upon delivery.

Processing Time

Custom and personalized items require 1–3 business days for production before shipment. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

Delivery & Tracking

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout for reference. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping provider.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you don’t love your item, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Please email us your information at support@gemletics.com and we’ll take care of you.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that personalized items are made just for you and are not eligible for return or exchange. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will resolve it. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
