Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary based on location. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in original condition. It must be returned in its original packaging. Exchanges are not available at this time.
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact support@gemletics.com, providing a video/photo. Please allow up to 10 business days upon receipt for your return to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed and approved. Refunds exclude shipping and return costs.
Gemletics reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
