Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will resolve it.

Exchanges
Gemletics operates on a limited-drop model, with each collection produced in a fixed quantity and no ongoing inventory held afterward. As a result, we are currently unable to offer exchanges or store credit.

How to start a return
Please email hello@gemletics.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds exclude shipping and return costs.

Return shipping
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
